i had this too about week three of chemo. I used johnsons baby shampoo, and it did get better after about a week.

I found it hurt when the shower was on my head too, as well as putting hats etc on, but it will ease.

Mine hurts sometimes.  It seems to be related to hair loss.  I cut mine back to stubble, which has helped a lot, but I still get some sore bits where the hair hasn't gone yet.  I think losing it is a bit of a mixed blessing in that respect.  I don't want to lose it, but I'll be glad when it's gone & not hurting.  I'm just past my 2nd cycle of FEC-75

Hi there .. the pain was awful but yes it disappeared as soon as my hair started falling out. I got my son to shave it all off a no 3 shave apparently. I have had third session of EOX just waiting for operation date now.
