I  had the agressive cancer on my cheek + nose removed yesterday by a plastic surgeon. The skin on my cheek was then stretched over the gap + stitched up. Not as bad as I thought it would be, although the injections of local anaesthetic made me wince. Manny thanks to  the surgeon + nursing staff, they were so kind. Apparently, I also have one on my back so will have to be referred again. We are very lucky to have such an excellent N.H.S.
