I would advise you to see your go to get it checked out we are told to check any changes outside the breast too I'm sure it's all ok but my freind had a rash outside her breast no lumps but ended up with a diagnosis I'm not saying this is your case at all but I'd deffo get it looked over

I appreciate it can be awkward sometimes revealing intimate parts to health care professionals but they are very used to this and it is best to get this checked out.

There could be a number of reasons for this mark but it is important to get it assessed just to be on the safe side.

The doctor can assess you and if needed arrange more tests. It may be possible for it to be removed but it depends exactly what it is and the only way this will be answered is by seeing someone about it.

Do pluck up the courage and arrange an appointment you can always request a female GP if that would make it a little easier for you.
