Hi everyone anyone suffering a horrible thing called a rectocele I have constant pressure up inside rectocele 3 years now it's driving me mad low back pain legs feel weak worst part even when I go to the toilet the pressure is worst I go see phsico for it I can't even lift my grand kids or go shop some days I'm 47 years of age anyone with any help would be very appreciated to ease this pressure and let me get back to my life
