Its now 11 weeks since reversal of iliostomy, first early weeks were tough but now leading a pretty normal life. Not worried about dashes to bathroom, eating what I want, going where I want to. As a fitness person I’ve began gym work and running again. I’ve posted a link to Facebook which gives an update on my recovery. Hope it helps, God bless all.
