Hi Serene,

I am sorry to hear that you have had this trouble, but am glad to hear that you are getting it investigated. If your GP is worried, then s/he can see you in person. I am not a doctor, but have had a similar problem crop up from time to time  underneath my breasts. This has always been fungal and my GP has prescribed a cream that helps. 

If your cream hasn't helped, make sure that you let your GP know, as some creams are more effective than others. It doesn't sound likely to be inflammatory breast cancer, but you are doing the right thing in checking it out.

Thanks hun, I have anxiety so of course I'm panicking. I think it's just because the rash under my breasts came on so quickly 2 days ago yet the one in between came on around a 10 months+ ago. I did have a lump over a year ago but I had a scan on the lump and it turned out to be a cyst and then vanished but this rash has worried me x

Here's hoping that this is just a fungal infection, as they can appear quite suddenly. Make a list of your symptoms with approximate time frames before you speak to your GP on Monday, as you shouldn't have this sort of problem for 10+ months.

So I thought I would update. 
 

GP suspects it's fungal and prescribed me a cream which didn't do much so they prescribed something called Trimovate. The rash under the breast seems to have cleared up but the middle bit is the same. I now have a couple of red spots on my breast but the GP seems to be fobbing me off with it's down to fungal or my anxiety.

Many thanks for the update. I am glad to hear that the Trimovate has cleared up the rash under your breast. You have had this rash for a long time, so you may need to be patient until it heals compltely. The middle bit seems to be the area that you have had for the longest time, so this is likely to be the last area to clear.

Give it some more time and, don't be afraid to go back to your GP if it hasn't gone completely in a couple of months.

Yeah the middle but has been there for around about a year now, it's a light brown colour x
