Breast reduction cancer op 2 weeks ago .. results today but felt like a total roller coaster as he delivers all the good news first but didn’t  warn me bad news to come .. lymph node was clear but didn’t get margins so now need masectomy .. the friend I was with experienced the same roller coasters .. initially saying  cancer area smaller and then saying that was a grade 2 area and there was a much bigger stage 1 area .. chemo not yet ruled out .. sigh . to discuss further next week
