Hello..
2 years ago I was diagnosed with brain tumour grade 2. Since then, I had 2 operations to lower its size. I have MRI every 6 months. Recently in July, I was told the tumour had grown and I needed more surgery. I was in shock. Following the surgery, having scans been looked at, I was told my grade 2 had grown to a grade 3. As this is the case, I was told radiotherapy followed by chemotherapy was the best treatment. I am now nearly half way through the 6 weeks of radiotherapy but I'm still terrified. I am terrified of losing my hair as I am very self-concious, I hear all different stories about it which makes me very frustrated and emotional!
