Sorry about long post

  • Hi Mandy -k,

I was just reading your post and wanted to reassure you that there could be many reasons why they've given you an early appointment - for example, the department may not have a backlog of appointments so are able to see you sooner or they may have had a cancellation - so try not to think the worse if you can.

I know that's easier said than done but many of our members would say having an appointment sooner rather than later is much more preferable as it means less time waiting and worrying.

Hopefully some of our community will share their experiences with you soon but whilst you wait I just wanted to wish you good luck for tomorrow and share some information we have about the colposcopy.

    Kind regards,
