I have a few sebaceous cysts and one of which is producing pus. The others were supposed to go according to GP but are still present at the same size. Is this a sign of something more malicious going on

Hello and thanks for posting,
Skin problems such as infected skin gland (sebaceous) cysts are very common in the younger general population, and are not a sign of cancer.
Use any medications such as gels creams and/or antibiotics prescribed by your GP. Wear cotton loose clothing, and try to use PH Balanced antibacterial products.
There is information here about skin cysts,
I hope that this helps,
Best wishes,
Vanda
