PSA started to rise, if not reduced am I at risk of cancer?

In the last year, my PSA has started to rise. And the urologist said I had an enlarged prostate and prescribed regen50 capsules to reduce PSA. My question is, if I don’t reduce my PSA is there a possibility of cancer? Because I am known for not being regular when using capsules.

    I can appreciate why you're concerned about your PSA levels, but in this case, it would be best to speak with medically trained professional like your urologist the next time you have a chance.
