I am so sorry to hear about your mum's diagnosis and that she might refuse treatment. Before she takes such an important decision, perhaps it would be worth your mum discussing her options with her medical team and seeing whether there is any treatment she would consider going for. Your mum's specialist will also be able to tell you more about how things might progress from here if treatment was refused and also how treatment could be beneficial to her.

Information about Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia (CLL) can be found on our website and I hope that it will answer of the questions you may have.
