Process and pain of dying with esophagus cancer?

15 Apr 2018 10:18 in response to SFitzgerald

So sorry to hear your news. My mum passed from oesophageal cancer on 7th March. It’s an awful, cruel disease. 5 and a half weeks later, I’m not crying every day but it hurts like hell. Mum lived alone so we (my sister and I) have to clear the house, deal with lawyers etc. It’s so hard.

Just read the messages about the parents dying from oesophagus cancer

my Mum passed away a few weeks ago and I tried to ask how long she had and sadly she went quickly 6 weeks from diagnosis however I understand this is not the norm 3-6 months is

ehat I can say is spend every single minute you can with your parents now right now today don’t live tomorrow because your parents need you today

ita a horrid disease but my mum passed peacefully at jome

made me so sad reading these messages bless you I hope you are all ok in time
