I have just received result for mum's biopsy and it's conclusion was 'difficult to interpret/ inconclusive'
Could anyone advise more on biopsy results in terms of the success rates in determining the underlying cause. For mum, we were advised that they were trying to determine whther the cause was due to non- small cell or small cell.
After wating for three weeks, I must admit we are a little disappointed with the results. Running through our thoughts now is to seek a second opinion.
