This intrigued me, did you see this info on Christies website? They say no, due to the upper body movement being a risk to dislodging the line :-(

Thanks Dave. I did see, and there is a lot of conflicting advice. I just wanted to know if anyone had been told otherwise on here. 

Will obviiusly ask the professionals when I have mine put in, or maybe see if there are alternative options...

looks like I may just have to practice my short game and putting for the next 6 months...either that or it's a new hobby to keep my sanity :-)

Any luck? I know you have to be quite careful with PICC lines, but I hope you get to play golf in the end! Do you have a PICC line cover at all? It would keep the actual port from catching on anything.

ive got some tubigrip to cover. To be honest I'm only 7 weeks post op and started my 2nd round of chemo today. I've been out chipping around the greens a couple of times but think full swings (if I have the energy and the cold fingers disappear) for a month or so. Hopefully by then I'll have the portacath in.
