I had a perineal biopsy took last weed and I have been putting Vaseline on now down below but I've noticed what feels like a scab where the biopsy was taken is this normal?

It will be your biopsy site starting to heal up. Try and keep the area clean and dry and don't make it over wet.
It will take a couple of weeks to heal up. Should it become red hot or swollen, then seek medical advice.

It is probably best to stick to plain water until the area has completely healed. If it is sore or inflamed do make sure you let your doctor know.
