First thing is to contact your doctor as soon as possible. Don't be embarrassed as they deal with this sort of thing every day.
I ignored several lumps on my penis for months and after having MRI scan and CT scan followed by 2 biopsies was diagnosed with cancer I start my chemotherapy in 10 days time.
I have no intention of frightened you but please put any fears or apprehension behind you and see your doctor straight away
Definitely go and see the doctor! If they can't give you an answer you're happy with, ask to be referred to a urologist. the chances are that it's something really simple and nothing to worry about at all.
