My mother in law has had part of her pancreas removed on Monday 15th October. She's recovering in icu but being moved to ward tomorrow. We've got some bad news to tell her but not sure if we should tell her or to wait. This is so hard but her husband has had a heart attack and isn't going to make it. The doctors have given him hours to days to live. He's unresponsive. We just don't know what's for the best.
