Hi everyone weather is bit nicer sun is out . finally went to docs about painful feet heel mainly .doc thought is plantar facilititus which I had thought of .been given leaflet of exercises to do so will give iy try .hope everyone else is good
mine comes in bouts- just coming t tail end of this one. The stretching exercises really help me a lot- do a couple of stretches just before I stand up. Reckon this flare up is from wearing my flat snow boots.
