I am sorry to hear you experienced a painful breast after a mammogram and that it's still aching. I am not sure myself whether this is something that can sometimes occur but for peace of mind, I would suggest you give your GP a call and explain that you are experiencing this pain and that it wasn't there before the mammogram.

i had my yearly mammogram yesterday, and normally they are pain free afterwards. This time around though my right breast is hurting from it. It was fine before I had it done, and now it just constantly hurts and feels like its bruised from the inside. Took pain relief, but nothing has helped it yet.
