pain in both upper abdominals

hello I started having pain within my right upper abdomial for about a week now, and today it has progressed over to my left side and upper back on the right side

 

Bare in mind Im a 15 year old and I have no idea what it could be, can someone help me ???

    I'm sorry to hear that you've been having some concerns about pain in your abdomen recently. It could be caused by any number of problems. If it doesn't improve speak to your GP or a trusted adult who will be able to help.
