Hi my name is Trish I was diognosed with Brest cancer 4 years ago had chemo and radiotherapy now hormone treatment for 10 years three months ago was rushed  two hospital with colitis they done a pet scan and found a swolen node so had a biopsy fast forward 5 days got a call from the hospital telling me that I had N H l so I'm going away for two weeks two America is there anything I should be doing two look after mystery I'm so worride about traveling thank so I'm going on a bit excuse my spelling xxxxx

    Welcome to Cancer Chat. I'm sorry to read about what you've been going through recently - I'm sure this has been incredibly difficult and how you're feeling is perfectly understandable especially with the worries about going away.

    While I can't offer any specific advice in terms of your travels, I would just recommend making sure you discuss any worries or questions with your doctor, just to give you peace of mind.

    I am sure you have done this, make sure you have your Travel insurance in place - there are a few companies . recommended on the Macmillian website

    I also found lymphoma - action.org.uk   website useful 

    It also has some travel advice on there
