I am sorry to hear you developed a blood clot in your arm. You did absolutely the right thing in talking to your oncologist and following his advice to stop the Tamoxifen straight away. It's great that the clot is now gone. I can understand why you are feeling worried still but your husband has a point that you can trust the experts - they are in the best position to advise you on this. Perhaps if you are still concerned, you could try and see another specialist just to get a second opinion?  You can find out more about getting a second opinion on this page.

I hope that the virus situation settles down soon and that you can see your specialist again to discuss the best course of action also with regards to your ovaries. 

Hopefully you will hear from other ladies on the forum who are in a similar situation to you and have been advised not to take hormone blockers for ER+ breast cancer.

Hi ploppy                                                              lovely to hear from you again. Though not the reason you're on. Thought I'd reply to send you to beginning again. Alot of the ladies aren't on very much lately what with family at home being more busy than normal.
