Hi ! Can someone advise me please ?

it's now four weeks tomorrow and no biopsy results.  I know they had an mdt meeting last Thursday and the secretary couldn't tell me anything as nothing was written up.  She told me to ring back this week which I did several times leaving voicemail message and no phone call back. Now I am a nurse myself I am very much annoyed at the situation now ! They took five samples on the 1 March 2023 I was told within ten days results should be back and someone would phone call me and nothing has happened or a letter but nothing in post. When I ring the breast unit they keep putting me through the Secretary and I am getting no where.  I am now thinking of putting in a complaint due to lack of communication and being informed as to what's happening ... I have called my gp too many times they don't know anything about a biopsy and nothing about results or about an mdt meeting as nothing is documented !   ️ ️ it just frustrating and that not how you supposed to treat a patient ...
