Hi, After a endometrium polyp removal last week and biopsy, I have been diagnosed with early stage grade 1 endometrium cancer. Now the treatment plan is being decided. I am taking the situation as normal as possible, though my husband is under a lot of stress. 

We were also trying to conceive a child (we have no child) but that did not happen in the past two year because of my multiple health conditions.

Is there anyone in this forum who has been diagnosed with endometrium cancer and had to decide between Mirena or hysterectomy because they wish for a baby? Also, is there a counselling group for cancer patients and their family?
