New to this, So hello

Hi,

just thought i would say hello,

i've had cancer twice in the last five years (bladder cancer & prostate)

thankfully all the checkups have been good (touch wood)

it's been a tough few years dealing with it, but things are definately on the up.

hope you don't mind me gate crashing the forum guys ;-)

    No apologies as your not gate crashing and welcome to this friendly forum. Pleased to read your results have been good. I was diagnosed with prostate cancer about seven years ago and after two years on hormone therapy and also having radiotherapy, my psa come down from 70 to 0.01.

    I can understand your comments about it being a tough few years and I wish you well for the future. Its great to have good stories like yours on here for it gives everyone a lift. Please keep posting, Brian

    Thanks for the reply.

    Like i said in my previous post, the months/years after were a tough time,

    Being told I probably wouldnt have children was a tough one to take, and i was a shell of a man for a good long while.

    But after going down the IVF route, me and my girlfriend are expecting our first child in December.
