New symptoms- cin1

Hi all

Back in 2020 I had a smear which showed abnormal changes and I was referred to colposcopy. I was then pregnant so they couldn't get a biopsy. Back in 2021 I had biopsy and they said CIN1 and to have another smear in a year.

Fast forward to now and I'm bleeding in between periods with blown discharge and pain after intercourse with spotting.

I have my smear on Thursday and been referred to gynaecology. 
I am absolutely terrified- scared so much. I'm scared it's cancer and freaking out.

Can it progress that fast?
