I'm sorry to hear that your Dad is dealing with a cancer diagnosis. I'm sure if you were able to share a little more information with the community here they would be able to respond with some words of support and advice.

My dad has lung cancer, throat cancer & penile cancer. He’s struggling to eat anything at the moment has nearly everything is getting stuck and he chokes. He’s still smoking and he’s a heavy drinker but won’t admit it. He gets very confused and water infections. Any advice would be great
