Hello yog.  I don't personally know anything about this but I typed the words "peripheral neuropathy" into he blue box above your post which reads "Search forum".  Among the posts there (I haven't read them all) there are mentions of others having the same problem which may be useful - I haven't read all the responses.  I am sorry I am not savvy enough to provide a link for you (someone tell me how to do this, please!) but if you take the same actions that I have described it may be that this post can help you. 

Welcome to the forum Yog although I'm sorry to hear your husband has peripheral neuropathy.

I just wanted to put you in touch with two other members - [@Jolamine]‍ and [@Willowsambo]‍ - as they have experience of this and may be able to provide you with some tips and advice on how to manage it.

Welcome to the forum. I had similar side effects from oxaliplatin but they faded away over time as my body recovered. It was a while ago now but from memory the cold/numb feeling was gone altogether after three or four months.

I have it in my feet, legs and pelvic area and increasingly in my fingers. I've no tips on handling it, I'm afraid, it's just something that's a part of me now.

Having said that, my legs and feet are worse at night and sometimes I take extra morphine before bed. Seems to work a bit but doesn't entirely get rid.
