I am sorry you are having these symptoms and can understand you wanting to find out what is going on.

I'm afraid we can't say what is the matter ( diagnose) when someone has persistent symptoms. Only a doctor can make a medical assessment so we always encourage people with new or persistent symptoms to go back and see their GP.

Any cancer at your age is extremely rare and unlikely. Try not to over think things if you can and avoid searching for answers by googling your symptoms as no one is able to diagnose themselves, and more often than not it leads to even more worry.

Speak to your doctor and listen to what they have to say. They are trained to assess symptoms to work out what may be going on and suggest some things that may help. If necessary they can arrange further tests but this isn't always needed.
