If you are still able to feel the lumps then it may be best to go back to the GP (or another GP in the practice) to get them checked out and to go over your concerns.

I'm not sure what sex you are, but if female, it's not unusual to feel uncomfortable under your arms due to monthly hormonal changes .

Lymph nodes can go up and down in response to blocked or inflamed nodes, inflammation, infection or a low immune system.

So do make another appointment

Been to doctors just and they have said I will have a ultrasound she said It was movable.

It is good to hear that you are going to have an ultrasound. Do remember there are many reasons for lumps and most won't be anything serious. I hope it goes well and you know more soon.

My advice would be to ring the hospital. This is what happened to us. The gp assured us we were going to get a letter through in a day or two. But we didn't so we rang the hospital and only THEN we got booked in.

Hi,

I found a lump above my adams apple slightly to the right probably about size of a kidney bean and it's moveable. I went for an ultrascan and it turned out be a lymph node. Radiologist commented it was just in a parculiar place. The doctor also did a full blood count which came back as normal.

I felt anxious through the whole period. Good luck with the scan.

Glad it was ok. I went 1 weeks doctors 2 weeks ago now and she told me she would send me for ultrasound. And appointment would come in post. Phoned up again as still not received it. They said it will probably be after Christmas now.
