Hello

I've been getting gripey headaches the last day or so and can only assume it's the chemo side effects as I had a dose on Tuesday.

I'm not allowed any pain killers at all as they may mask a fever - understandable as I have had a fever before so my specialist really doesn't want me on anything if it can be avoided.

However the headache is killing me at the moment just wondered if anyone has any ideas of how to relieve this without medicine? So far ive tried a cold flannel on my head.
