My Dad has just relapsed with MDS after being in remission for three and a half years since his bone marrow transplant. We are waiting to find out what the next course of action will be for him but if you have any questions about the illness i would be more than happy to help. I have read and researched so much about it.
Hi,Thankyou for your reply,I was diagnosed last year,but too old for bone marrow transplant(69)as it is classed as quite rare you can feel a bit isolated at times,I do have 3 injections a week and quite regular blood transfusions,how's your dad and how old is he,many thanks for replying.
