my son Whois 34 has been bleeding from back passage for 8 weeks he told no one about this as was embarrassed , went hospital who felt tummy and thinks he has Gastro intestine cancer. Weight loss, not seen normal bowl movement for 2 months, goes toilet up to 8 times a day tummy swollen and face.

was referred to hospital within 2 weeks rule, the dr spoke to him for 2 minutes then gave him moviprep. My son had colonoscopy on Thursday colon etc looked normal, then they saw quite a bit of bleeding so took 6 biopsies.

so now we wait for results. I will say I am anxious as what does it mean if blood was seen? Why not do a tummy scan.?
