My mum is dying from blood cancer don’t know what to do

My mum had womb cancer in 2020 she had a hysterectomy and chemo and radiotherapy then last October she was diagnosed with blood cancer she had some chemo then on Tuesday they have said there is nothing more they can do and she's dying not sure how long we have but I'm terrified of losing my mum she's in hospital at the minute and only my dad is allowed to go due to covid I have also 3 children who are struggling age 16, 16 and 12 please if someone been with similar reply x

  • I am sorry to hear of your news, Becks. Just spend as much time as you can with your Mum and tell her you love her, tell her as much as you can - I think it is the things we don't say that we regret rather than the things we do when it comes to situations like this. When the doctors told us she might have months left when it came to my own mother, it actually transpired it was no more than two weeks.

    All I can say is you aren't alone, we're going through this horrible time together. I am truly sorry what you're going through.
