It does sound like sometimes when two people can't agree a third expert is called in to ensure they are coming to the right conclusion. But I can totally understand your frustration - 5 weeks does sound like a long time and as you said, the pandemic has caused so many delays and cancellations it must be really stressful for you. Perhaps you could try and give your consultant's secretary a call again this week if you haven't received your results? Do mention that you have been waiting 5 weeks and whether this is a normal timeframe or whether there have been further delays. 

I hope that you will hear from other members on the forum to whom this has happened and I am keeping everything crossed that you get your results very soon.

Yeah she said there have been a few delays for a lot of people I'm sure it is due to the pandemic I'm hoping to hear this week as the breast care nurses are only in the hospital on Wednesday with the results so I won't find out until Thursday or my results are ready or not hopefully it isn't bad news
