Hello Hopeann,

As I noticed this is your first time here with us I just wanted to stop by and welcome you to Cancer Chat.

I'm sorry to hear that your husband is getting more confused and very aggravated at everything after having had his chemo and radiation treatments. Watching him going through it all can't be easy, and I think this is something that will resonate with many of our members who experienced a similar situation with their loved ones, so I hope some of them will pop by soon to share their stories with you and offer support.

As for what you should expect from now onwards I'm afraid I can't say, but I thought I may send you the phone number for our team of nurses, in case you feel like chatting with them might help. They're available on this phone number 0808 800 4040, Monday - Friday between 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Other than that, I hope everything goes well with his scan next week. Come back if you find a moment and let us know who you both are coping.

Wishing you and your husband all the best,

Renata, Cancer Chat Moderator
