I am sorry to hear about your brother, my husband had jaw cancer after 3 times having cancer and lived through it, he recently passed away and like your brother , my husband kept his brothers and sisters together, he is the strong one and his siblings are devastated, but we're all dealing with it together. My hubby also had DNR in place because he has been through so much pain in the last 3 years and he was terminal so no point in putting him through anymore. He was 53 .

If not very sorry for your loss, but can you give me any advice on how to cope on losing your soul mate after 29 years together , please forgive me if your hubby is still with you, desperate Kirsty.

My son is 32 and been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer that has gone to his brain. He has 4 children 13,12,2 and 6 months. They have said incurable but are going to start chemo and radiotherapy. Reading some of these posts helps you to believe there is some hope. I am truly devastated.

Hi, so sorry that your going through this, my dad was diagnosed last year with stage 4 stomach cancer and had chemotherapy which slightly helped but the side effects were horrible, he is now going to start immunotherapy. Is this something your brother can have.

My brother in law is at end of life, stomach and stage 4 liver cancer. No longer having treatment. He is now having trouble swallowing, does this often happen, can anything be done to help this

Not sure you want to hear this but my husband had cancer  of the mouth and had a peg in his stomach because he couldn't swallow , maybe you need to think about that , at least he will still be getting some nourishment , you nèed to liaise with your dietician , God bless you and your family xx

My husband has stage 4 gastric cancer. They only want to do palliative chemo which he doesn't want due to the side effects. I know they say  the response is based on the individual response to treatment. Can someone who has had the chemo tell me if it is really that bad and would they advise to go for it

My brother has gastric cancer which is terminal it has spread to his liver and receiving pallative chemo . Please can someone tell me the length of time left
