I feel your pain and sadness , as I lost my mum to  lung cancer in 2017.

 My beloved mum was only diagnosed within two  weeks and died 3, weeks later.  I thought I would have more time to prepare losing my mum, however unfortunately she was taken too soon. She was only 67and I was on maternity leave when she died, I'm still. so lost without my mom... As my mum was my best friend.. Im angry that doctors couldn't save her...

Thank you for your kind words and so sorry to hear of your losses too. We were very close but we never sat and poured our hearts out to each other and I'm sat kicking myself for all the things I didn't say at the end but at the same time that was never our style and I know she knows how much she meant to us. Just so gutted. I want to hug her and hold her hand again.
