Hi everyone

for the past 6 months I’ve had on off stomach pains, poo sample showed inflammation but not in a blood test. All blood tests are normal apart from low iron. I have a lot of mucus in my poo and had blood once. Any ideas or anyone had anything simular? I have a colonoscopy next Tuesday and I’m scared stiff I’ve got bowel cancer. I have a 6 month old baby and can’t stop worrying. The mucus never gets any less. Doctor said it can’t be Crohns or ulcerative colitis as there is not inflammation in my blood
