I noticed this mole on my face and everytime I pick it or try ro squeeze it , it just forms a scab and comes back again. Decided to take the plunge and ask a doctor and he said he doesn't think it's malicious however on my notes he has mentioned may resemble a basal cell carcinoma and now I'm freaking out. I've had this thing for 2 years and could that mean it may have spread to other parts of my body if it is cancer
