Mistake on thyroid nodule results

I had ultrasounds, FNA and large needle biopsy on a nodule in my LEFT side of my thyroid. Yesterday I went for my results and the Dr told me and showed me on my notes “RIGHT thyroid nodule is benign thy2” straight away I told him my nodule is on the left and i don’t have any nodules on my right. He brushed it away with probably an admin error. I pushed him further and he has agreed to speak to the lab and then write to me, a benign result is obviously fantastic but I can’t help having niggling doubt that something has gone wrong somewhere, how can I be certain my results haven’t been accidentally mixed with someone else’s? Has anyone ever experienced similar or am I just been paranoid? I’m not sure what to do or think. I can’t settle on benign results with this mistake been made especially seen as I’ve been given someone else’s results in the past by accident although that wasn’t for possible cancer. It’s a pretty big “admin error” to make when processing someone’s biopsy results for thyroid cancer.
