Hi :)

This is Liv, I am new to the forum. I am showing some symptoms that are making me worried.... my left nipple has been itchy for the last 3 weeks (but the skin is not red nor cracked), while I also started to feel pain on top of the nipple on the mammary gland. Over the last week, the inside of my left elbow started to be mildly painful if I touch it, as if it's bruised (but it's not). Should I be worried about this? I thought the itch was related probably to hormonal change as I approach my 30s and I was ovulating. But the ovulation passed, and I had my period regularly....did anyone experienced anything similar?
