Hello, my name's Reece I'm 23 and I noticed a lump under my jaw in February 2020 it was painless and didn't cause discomfort so to my mistake i left it, now in June it's painful its causing alot more issues for example I have a pain behind my ear, I also have a tingle go down my arm every now and then like a weakness in the arm, Im absolutely tired all the time. In march I weighed 72kg now in June I'm weighing 61kg with no intention of losing weight. I've been doctors and they've referred me to a ultrasound scan. I just want to know what was people symptoms of this. I havnt got night sweats. Thank you guys for reading just worried that's all.
