Hello. Im wondering if anyone can advise.  Ive had this dull ache in lympth node behind left ear for at 8 months occasionally slight pain slong jaw bone came and went every few days. But now its a constant dull burning ache now im slso feeling nausea lost appetite last couple days.i am eating but only cos partner cooking food. Quite easily not. My family has history of different cancers. My dads brother and sister have had snd got cancer and my mum has cancer and her 4 siblings had and got cancer. I need to know if anyone had these symptoms and it was cancer.i cant find no lump or anything.
