Hi My little boy is 7, he has a big lymph node in his neck which you can see. I took him A and E who also said she could feel 2 more. They sent a urgent letter to GP to be referred for a scan

GP won't a week later decided to do bloods as I asked but have come back normal. He is under a constant for a few things since he was 1 he has had low immunity, blood in Urine, low feritin but can never pin point a reason for it all he is small for his age. I'm very worried about these lymph nodes as also had a cough for 6 months which has been given an inhaler and said it's asthma but I'm not convinced as inhaler doesn't help and doesn't get wheezy. 
Any advice as to why his lymph node is so swollen but hasn't gone down. They don't hurt and doesn't hurt when u touch it.
