My mother 67 was diagnosed with a hilar tumour approx 4.7mm which has caused swelling to her face and upper body because of apparently superior vena cava syndrome. We had the biopsy done a few days and and still waiting for results. Obviously my dad and I are distraught. Need guidance from people with similar experiences how to help her breathe and possible new treatment methods for her. Please help. Thank you!
