hi, you should make an appointment with the gp as any shortness of breath and pain in the back should be examined by a doctor, regarding lung cancer you are very young and I know it’s extreamly rare to get lung cancer under the age of 35/40 you should get your self checked and and just go from there don’t stress too much and certainly don’t google symptoms first stop is the gp if your worried.
