Hello ,, 

I'm only 14 years old but I have noticed a lump that's quite big in my right breast it's quite painful to touch but I'm not to sure if that's Bcos I keep touching it because I'm worried,, it's also hot and red sometimes back in aguast I noticed a lump and told my dad as he is who I live with and and after a while it just went but this time it is different and feels a lot larger. It's making me feel ill but I'm not sure if it's because I'm worrying or the actual lump it's self. 
Im only 14 and i know it's rare for someone of my age to get breast cancer but I'm still worried, my last period was around 5 days ago and they have been very unregular recently. 
im really worried any advice
