I recently found a lump at the top of my right teaticle. The area is uncomfortable but not painful. I called the doctor and had a phone chat due to the current situation. I was advised to give a grime sample which I did. The doctor done a dip test and found blood and white blood cells in the urine. He suggested it may be a urine infection however this doesn't explain the lump. He is sending the urine for a full test and said I may need an ultrasound. I'm just after some advice from anyone who has had similar symptoms? Thanks
